May 14th, 2010 - Volleyball4Cash will be introducing a new format for our CoEd 4's tournament on August 28th. Details are:

- Teams sign up as Coed 4's teams (2 girls/2 guys)

- Games are played to 31

- First portion of the game will be played in WOMEN'S 2s format (until the first team reaches 10 points). Guys can cheer on the girls during this portion of the match.

- Second portion of the game will be played in MEN'S 2s format (until the first team reaches 20 points). Girls can cheer on the guys during this portion of the match.

- Third/Last portion of the game will be played in COED REVERSE 4s format (until a team reaches 31 points). Guys and girls work together for the final push to win the match.

- Round Robin matches in the morning with DOUBLE-KNOCKOUT playoffs in the afternoon

We are very excited to be the first to introduce this format so we're looking forward to seeing you out at the our last tournament of Summer 2010. We will definitely have a BBQ serving up food and maybe even a beer garden! Register here!

May 7th, 2010 - On May 6th, V4C in partnership with Cambie Sports and Urban Rec Entertainment hosted the first annual Wohlford Beach Volleyball Spring Kickoff Tournament with all proceeds going towards the BC Cancer Foundation. The event, held at Urban Beach and sponsored by 100.5 The Peak FM and Molson Canadian, was a huge success with 70 teams and Coed 4's and Coed 2's formats.
