Frequently Asked Questions

How are your volleyball tournaments different than other Vancouver volleyball organizations?

Our Vancouver volleyball tournaments all feature round robin matches in the morning and a double-knockout playoff format in the afternoon. Double-knockout means that you can lose a playoff match and still have a chance to win the tournament which translates to more playing time. In addition, our Vancouver volleyball tournaments give you a choice of taking home cash prizing or product prizes.

All of our Vancouver volleyball tournaments are well organized, well run, and a lot of fun. Teams are seeded strictly based on the round robin performance at our Vancouver volleyball tournaments.

It costs $25 for adults and $20 for highschool students (ID required) to play in one of our Vancouver volleyball tournaments.

How much cash can I win at Volleyball4Cash tournaments?

At our outdoor volleyball tournaments during the summer, winning teams of the top tier can win $40-$50 per player and runner-ups usually win $25 per player plus some product prizing. Prizing for lower tier winners and runner-ups include product and cash prizing which are determined based on the number of teams in the tournament.

At our indoor tournaments, due to high costs of gym rentals, the prizing will depend on the number of teams in the tournament. However, winning teams usually win $25 per player plus product prizing and runner ups never leave empty handed.

What time do your volleyball tournaments start?

All volleyball tournaments start at 9:00am and end around 6:00pm.

What if a Vancouver volleyball tournament is cancelled due to weather?

Our rainout line (778-835-4381) is updated at 7:30am the day of the volleyball tournament if weather is questionable. If the tournament has started and then cancelled due to weather, players are given credits to the next Vancouver volleyball tournament held by V4C.
